1. What can a Personal Concierge do for me?

A Concierge is a Personal Assistant able to help fulfill your errands and To-Do lists

2. What form of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, M/C, Visa, Amex, e-transfers, Interac and gift certificates.

3. What areas do you serve?

We serve Greater Victoria and Brentwood Bay. Other areas may have an additional charge for mileage.

4. When is payment due?

Payment is due upon completion of service.

5. Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, there is a 1 hour minimum charge. The rest of service is billed in 15 minute increments, rounding up to the quarter hour.

6. Do you provide in-home waiting for any maintenance or services needed?

Yes, we can wait in your home if repairs are needed and you cannot be there.

7. What do your fees include, and what is not included?

The following are some examples: The hourly fee includes mileage within the service area (up to 20 kms) and services rendered from the moment we leave the central office, until service is complete.

Fees do not include the cost of merchandise, parking, your personal services we are assisting you to attend, gifts or gift wrap, entertainment, or excessive mileage out of our service area.
